  • Bright Idea Scotland offers evaluation service, information, workshops and support for inventors and innovators
  • Elevator (known as Enterprise North East Trust before rebranding in November 2014) is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurs, business leaders and employees of today and tomorrow. Elevator offers expert business advice, quality office space, and encouraging entrepreneurship and enterprising behaviour through a range of projects and events in the North East of Scotland
  • Scotland's Digital Future - Infrastructure Plan
  • Broadband Connection Voucher Scheme - Aberdeenshire businesses are now eligible for a grant of up to £3,000 to upgrade to faster, better broadband through the Connection Voucher Scheme

  • Skills Development Scotland - Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is the national skills body supporting the people and businesses of Scotland to develop and apply their skills
  • Aberdeenshire Council - For external advice or financial support then Aberdeenshire Council's Economic Development department has offices based around Aberdeenshire staffed by experienced Business Development Executives who offer support and practical advice to businesses
  • Support for Aberdeenshire Business Scheme - In an effort to expand the local economy Aberdeenshire Council has produced an Economic Development Strategy where the Council outlines how it will support industry in Aberdeenshire. To achieve this the Council offers assistance through this scheme
  • Aberdeen City and Shire First Employee Grant Scheme - Aberdeen City and Shire First Employee Grant scheme provides advice and support for businesses taking on their first employee
  • Aberdeenshire European Fisheries Fund - Aberdeenshire is one of twelve Fisheries Local Action Group (FLAG) areas in Scotland to benefit from funding through the European Fisheries Fund (EFF) Axis 4 fund
  • LEADER in Rural Aberdeenshire - The Rural Aberdeenshire LEADER programme has now closed, but work is ongoing to bid for additional resources for the Aberdeenshire area from 2015-2020.
